Leinster House

Leinster House consists of three Grade II listed buildings in the heart of Bayswater, London, directly opposite Hyde Park. Morgan Rae is currently overseeing a comprehensive refurbishment, which includes a rear extension and significant structural works to convert the buildings into nine super-prime luxury apartments.
The project features a complete transformation, including a new façade, state-of-the-art MEP systems, upgraded ceilings and partitions, and opulent bathrooms. We are also carefully restoring the building’s historic elements, such as the original staircases, intricate mouldings, and timber floors, ensuring a seamless fusion of heritage and contemporary luxury.
